I have to say, this was one of the best rental homes we have stayed in. It was perfect for us. Close to attractions, yet far enough away from downtown and college happens. We stayed for a long weekend with my MIL. It’s close to some busy roads (you hear the noise outside) but not on a busy road and can’t hear a peek of that noise from inside the home. We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!

Great small place to stay for a family of four. Had everything we needed, clean, and nestled amongst trees. Nice home base for our visit to downtown knoxville and the university. Would stay again. Thank you

Great place to stay with another family to visit university of Tennessee. Easy to get around to everywhere and nice outdoor space at house

The location is wonderful in an older neighborhood with great privacy. The pictures make the home look bigger but don't they all these days. The porch/patio is wonderful and large. It is pet friendly and although we do not have pets. It was an amazing location for us. We had a wedding downtown and other family about 10 mins away. A very cute place.

Excellent experience!! The entire process was good. The house was clean and in s quiet neighborhood. It was close to the convention center, which is where we needed to be each day.
