Downtown Knox! Walk to Food & Drinks + Fire Pit

Great location nestled into local area that is full places to walk to or drive. Love what did on inside of the house Makes for a cozy spot

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The host did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable.

Dirty, poorly prepped . Looked like it was designed as a frat house ! Bed upstarts unusable and bed in the closet is mattress on the floor . Fence broken and generally the place was in ill repair We were in a jam at the holiday unable to find another place or I would have left. It is close to downtown but sits in the middle of an industrial area which is largely abandoned or under construction, not a pleasant place to sit in the porch

Proximity to UT was decent and as advertised. Spacious but could use a deep clean. Restaurants, bars and coffee shop within walking distance.

Nice historic home within walking distance (no more than 2 blocks) to brewery, coffee, and bagel shop. Safe walking neighborhood at day and night, no issues. Fully fenced in back yard is nice for privacy and wonderful if you have your furry friends with you. Will definitely look to rebook during our next visit to Knoxville.
