Updated, functional cottage close to UTK

My son stayed in this great cottage for 3 months while he was awaiting construction completion for his lease. The location is conveniently located within 5 miles to UTK. The cottage is newly updated and very nicely designed. The space has a great functional design to maximize square footage. Updated washer, dryer, fridge, stove, etc. Nice furniture, including a very comfortable leather couch. And a cute kitchen table for two. Nice deck with outdoor furniture and spacious backyard. Parking for three cars. Rental staff provided excellent communication and was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this property. I almost hated to leave it we enjoyed it so much!!
