Charming West Knox Cottage w/ Carport & Patio

Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The bath is beautifully appointed with lovely tile and a modern shower. The main bedroom has a king memory foam mattress which felt to be medium firm. There is a large circular gravel driveway making it easy to get in and out of the property. There's a really nice backyard patio area with chairs available. The backyard has a beautiful private woodsy vibe with rolling grassy yard and lined with trees. Cons: I arrived after dark and, the property being on a dark winding road, I ended up having to make several approaches to find the exact place to turn off. In daylight it is quite obvious. The entire house is lit with super bright ceiling lighting and/or wall sconces. Personally I find that uncomfortable and prefer access to ambient lighting opportunities such table lamps. The A/C was comfortable, but the fan ran nonstop and I was unsure of how to change it to Auto setting. When I walked into the home, there was a slight musty smell, which I got used to once I was there. After returning home, I noticed that all my clothing smelled like this and I ended up washing everything.
