SoKno Townhome ~ Walk to Food & Drink + Riverfront

Quick trip to Knoxville for a concert. It was super convenient to get around town. Place was beautiful and clean. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time. Loved the welcome sign and muffin pack for making a quick breakfast before we checked out.

The place was clean and met our needs -- had a problem with the Air Conditioner. Called and reported the issue -- downstairs AC wasn't working and upstairs was working fine. Unit had split-level thermostats handled by a single air handler. HVAC repairman showed up to adjust a sticking valve, which fixed the problem. We had two days of uncomfortable living conditions and had to waste an afternoon waiting for the repairman to show up.Also had a problem with the stove as the gas ignitors suddenly stopped working -- used a lighter to light the stove top but the oven was inoperative. Checked the fuse box and reset the stove/oven circuit breaker. That fixed the problem. Overall our stay was adequate -- the place allowed us to get to all of our commitments, but unfortunately we didn't have a trouble-free experience. Would stay again -- however, the AC unit struggled on the hottest days to keep the house cool -- even with the ceiling fans and all the windows drawn.

Need Kleenex in bathroom, need bath mat and robe hook for toiletry bag. Very happy with soap products. Very comfortable. Great location and welcoming touches, loved the muffins , popcorn, message board and mints! Great experience

Our family stayed for my Daughters Graduation from UTK. The house was perfect for our family and in the best location! Many beautiful memories made!! I highly recommend this house.
