Horrible experience either way check in. Delays in getting info to access property. Halo would not physically call me even though I asked server times. Horrible horrible experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—so walkable to everything we wanted to do in Knoxville, which made the trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. The place itself was spotless, charming, comfortable, and even better than we expected.The service was also outstanding. Communication was quick, helpful, and thoughtful from start to finish, and we truly felt well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Knoxville. A fantastic place in a great location!
