SoKno Townhouse w/Rooftop ~ 1 Mile to Campus & DT

This condo is well stocked and comfortable. When we arrived we found it to be spotless. It’s in a great location close to Gay Street and Market Square with a dining hall right across the street. We would stay here again if we’re in Knoxville again

Pristine condition. It was a bit challenging navigating comms between the Halo system and Vrbo system. At times I couldn't find things. Otherwise it was perfect and I'd recommend or book again.

Upon arrival we were not able to unlock the front door with the code given. I contacted property manager & response was immediate. The rental was extremely clean. The kitchen could use a couple items, such as a large spoon, decent size mixing bowl & a pizza pan. We enjoyed being able to control the temperature on each individual floor. Overall, it was a good experience & we would stay again.

This place was great in every way. The communication was great and made everything super easy and convenient. The location is also perfect. The Property was very clean and had everything you would possibly need. We have gone a few times to different places over the last year as our daughter started college and I am sure we found our go to place for future visits. It’s not often that you can’t find one negative thing to say at all but this is one of those times. You definitely won’t regret booking a stay here if you are in town. Everything was a 10/10!

I am a repeat customer- every stay is awesome. It’s a beautiful property and always spotless. Check in is incredibly easy and the owner is super responsive. This has become my go-to whenever I am in town.
