Beautiful place to stay in Knoxville. Modern and very clean. We had an easy walk to everything. Good host. Would definitely stay here again, you should too.

We stayed here with my family and 80 year-old parents for two nights. What an exceptional property! Close to everything, easy check-in and check-out, superb communication, clean, and beds were so comfy. Will stay here again for sure! Loved it!

Everything was perfect for our "girls weekend". Beautiful location within walking distance to shops and dining. Only one suggestion for improvement would be to add grab bars in the showers. That would make it safer for these old gals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful loft!!!
