The best furnished Vrbo I have stayed at. Only problem is now I have to find a sofa like they had. Great place

Just an FYI to mgmt co/owner: the ceramic stovetop is cracked in 2 places. Likely happened when installed; still works but could become issue as one is corner to corner. Whole building relatively newly renovated, clean w great beds, comfortable adjustable couch. Unit is very well stocked w everything u could need to cook — much better than most VRBOs so thank u! One word of caution: if u r a light sleeper or noise sensitive, this is NOT the place for u. There is ALOT of noise both from busy Gay street below, fire/police stations nearby, building noise (ie u hear EVERY footfall from above, I felt sorry for the unit below us w my 2teenage boys who walk like elephants after hearing the unit above) and no noise insulation between rooms. GREAT location to walk to easily to all downtown attractions of restaurants and shops and the hotel our daughter & her team were staying in for SEC swim. Championships. Overall, great stay, would stay again!!

We had a wonderful time visiting our daughter at UT. The location is perfect. Beds were comfy. I will definitely want to stay here again. So beautiful.
