The location and facility were great. Being adjacent to Gay St was tremendous. I didn’t love that the host didn’t provide a clear path of entry to the lobby and the passcode. I had to call to get that information. Plus we were supposed to have a keycard to the parking and couldn’t find it. That wasn’t a major issue, but would have been nice to have all the details upfront.
