Downtown Knoxville Townhome ~ 45min to Smokies

Spacious house with comfy beds, large kitchen, and wonderful touches throughout. Very responsive host.

Inaccurate description in the listing for parking. The listing states that there is on-site parking available; in reality, there is no on-site parking and we had to park around the corner a block away the entire stay. The fact that there was actually no on-site parking available wasn't relayed until 2 days before our stay, when we finally received our welcome packet stating that we were unable to park at the property.Room sizing was adequate, but the top floor (with bunk beds and twin beds) bathroom had nowhere to hang towels; the hand towel rack was missing and there were no towel hangers on the bathroom door/wall. There is also no clothing storage in this room, which should be flagged for larger groups interested in this property.The central AC doesn’t function well - we had it set on the lowest setting but all the vents blew tepid air. This is clearly a known issue, because many of the bedrooms (main bedroom, bunk bedroom) have portable ACs/multiple fans.Also, there were many used needles in the back yard. We weren't spending much time back there, but that's a huge biohazard that needs to be monitored and maintained clean. We didn't have pets with us, but that is something that a pet or child could easily harm themself on.

Home has great location and quick access to the downtown area. House was clean, comfortable beds with nice kitchen and bathrooms. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as it is on street, but we were able to find spots close enough.

This was the perfect locations for our team that was competing at UT. It was helpful to have our staff home and other gender home, both right next door to this one.
