✧Luxurious East TN Townhome ✧ Walk to Downtown

This property was exactly what we needed for one week, close to the UT campus. Everything inside is updated, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The only downside is its location to a homeless encampment a couple of blocks away. We never felt unsafe, but did not walk around at night.

Really cute property. Lots of room over 3 stories. Very close to the old city area. There were a few little things, like the pocket door in the master bathroom not closing properly, but overall a great spot.

We were visiting Knoxville for a family wedding. The VRBO was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. There was a wonderful cooperative market down the street. Although it was on street parking, we easily found a place right across the street from the property. The host was also responsive when texted a question, there was an answer in minutes. We enjoyed our stay and were only sorry it could not have been longer.The Pestellos

The cleanliness was lacking. It was surface clean, but attention to detail, floors, window sills, doors, baseboards etc. were very dusty and dirty. The space was very accommodating and worked well for our group. It was a very nice touch having coffee pods and creamer for our first morning.

What a clean, fun house! From an easy check-in process, to plenty of room for the entire family! We are so glad we stayed here for our Knoxville trip and look forward to staying in the future.
