Modern Old City Loft w/ View of Sunsphere

The loft itself was AWESOME! Well appointed and decorated, clean, and the building itself was great. The porch off the back was nice, although not large enough where I'd suggest multiple people could sit outside.Parking was easy under the highway, but maybe not ideal as there is a large number of homeless who gather under the highway, especially roughly three blocks towards the campus of UTK. If you want to walk to campus as we did, you should walk towards the back of the street, away from the coffee shop - in order to avoid the homeless encampment.Communication with the owner was great and we felt the loft served our needs very well. We might try and get a little closer to campus next time, but I would suggest this is a good place to stay if you are coming to visit a student at UTK.

Nice location to visit my daughter at UTK. Very clean and great communication. Can hear the train at times but isn't too distracting.

The VRBO was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and relaxing. The host was great at communicating! Will 100% be staying here next time I travel to Knoxville.

Great space, very comfortable

One of my towels and bed sheets had a stain. Also, while the couch was comfortable it had a used smell to it like someone just did the dirty on it.
