The place was nice! Was a great location and had easy parking. The only feedback is that the comforters could have been a little fresher, but overall the place was clean.

Excellent property! Very clean! So much to do and you could walk. I would most definitely recommend it to others! There is some noise that you would expect from being downtown. Parking was an extra expense but very easy. The only suggestion I have is blackout curtains or shades. Thanks!

Nice Condo downtown Knoxville. Easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. Very loud between railroad station and interstate. Ice machine not working. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Felt very safe in this area. Free parking under the bridge about 2 blocks away.
